Samsung has introduced a new smartphone called Galaxy M02 under its popular M-series in India. The new Samsung Galaxy M02 is available in Blue, Red, Gray, and Black colorways. The phone costs Rs 6,999 for the 2GB RAM with 32GB storage, but it will be available at an introductory price of Rs 6,799. The handset will be available on Amazon.in and Samsung.com from February 9.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M02 carries the Mediatek MT6739 quad-core SoC clocked at 1.5GHz under the hood. It is paired with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The device also brings MicroSD card support for further expansion of storage up to 1TB.
The Galaxy M02 boasts a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a screen resolution of 1560 x 720 pixels. It also brings a notch on the front for housing the 5-megapixel (f/2.0) selfie snapper. The back of the phone houses a dual-camera setup comprising a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture with an LED flash.
The phone comes with Android 10-based One UI skin straight out of the box. The phone draws power from a massive 5000mAh battery. Sadly, there is no fingerprint sensor on this phone. Other features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, GLONASS, etc. The phone measures 164.0 x 75.9x 9.1mm and weighs 206 grams.
