South Korean brand Samsung has expanded its budget smartphone lineup with another Galaxy M series smartphone. The company unveiled the Galaxy M01s phone in India and it comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal space.

Samsung Galaxy M01s is priced at Rs 9,999 with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Interested buyers can visit Samsung.com, offline retail stores, and other e-commerce websites to purchase the phone. The smartphone will be available in two color variants including “Light Blue”, and “Gray”.

The Samsung Galaxy M01s adorns a 6.2-inch TFT which will come with an HD+ resolution. The display comes with an infinity-V style notch that packs the selfie camera.
The handset makes use of the MediaTek Helio P22 SoC clubbed with an octa-Core CPU. The device is launched with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage configuration and will ship with the 4,000mAh battery. There is also a dedicated microSD card slot in the device to expand the storage up to 512GB.
In terms of optics, the Galaxy M01s equips a dual-rear camera module which comprises a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. You get a “Live Focus” feature with interesting effects while capturing the images. The notch upfront comprises an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
The phone supports Dolby Atmos technology and has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. There is also a face unlock feature.
