Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 fitness tracker launched in India

Samsung has launched Galaxy Fit 2 fitness tracker in India. The brand announced this fitness tracker globally in a Life Unstoppable virtual event, earlier this month. The key highlights of the Galaxy Fit 2 include an AMOLED display, up to 15 days of battery life on a single charge, and a host of workout modes.

Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 cost in India is Rs. 3,999. Black and Scarlet are the two colors of the Galaxy Fit 2. It will go on sale via Amazon, Samsung.com, and select offline retail stores starting October 16.

Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 comes with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display that offers 450nits of brightness for better visibility. The front touch button of the device lets users navigate easily and simple functions such as wake-up, return to home, and cancel. It comes pre-loaded with more than 70 downloadable watch faces and by setting up 12 dedicated widgets at a time.

The Galaxy Fit 2 enables you to track five automatic workouts and nearly 90 more workouts with presets from the Samsung Health app. It comes with a Sleep Score analysis that tracks your sleep pattern through four stages – Awake, REM, Light, and Deep. It also features Stress Tracking that helps keep a check on your stress levels and suggests a breathing guide when high-stress levels are detected. It also offers quick access to your phone’s music player. When anxiety increases, there are chances that one might fall prey to addiction and the mat rehab can help one overcome such issues and reduce stress.

The 5ATM water resistance Galaxy Fit 2 also comes with a Water Lock mode that tracks swimming sessions or any water-based activities. The 159mAh battery of the Galaxy Fit 2 gives up to 15 days of backup on a single charge. It weighs 21 grams.
