Samsung will introduce the Galaxy F42 5G smartphone in India on September 29. The Flipkart microsite for the Galaxy F42 5G has gone live ahead of the official launch. Flipkart’s listing provides information about the device’s key specifications. Now, the Galaxy F42 5G’s price has been revealed courtesy of 91Mobiles.

Samsung Galaxy F42 5G Price in India 

In India, the price of the Galaxy F42 5G base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is set at Rs 20,999, according to this new leak. It will cost Rs 22,999 for the top-end model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Details of the pricing are received from the offline retailer. From Flipkart and Samsung’s official website in India, customers will be able to purchase the device in the country.

Samsung Galaxy F42 5G Specifications

In terms of specifications, the device is confirmed to have a 6.6-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is expected that the handset will be powered by an octa-core Dimensity 700 processor. In addition to 8GB of RAM, the device will offer 128GB of internal storage. The F42 5G will come with Android 11 pre-installed.

As far as optics are concerned, the smartphone will come equipped with a triple-camera arrangement. The rear camera setup will comprise a 64MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device will feature an 8MP camera on the front. 

The device will be powered by a 5000mAh battery, which might support 15W fast charging. Flipkart’s microsite reveals that the Galaxy F42 5G will support 12 5G bands. In addition to a waterdrop notch display, the device will have a fingerprint sensor on the side. On the connectivity front, we can expect the F42 5G to have dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
