Samsung Galaxy F23 5G announced in India; Snapdragon 750G, 120Hz refresh rate

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G has been unveiled in India through an online event. The new Samsung’s F series phone packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 5G SoC, 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP main camera, and 5000mAh battery. Here’s what you need to know about the Galaxy F23 5G price in India, specs, and availability.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G Price in India, Availability

There are two configurations of the Galaxy F23 5G: 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB. Priced at Rs 17,499 for the 4GB RAM version, and Rs 18,499 for the 6GB RAM version, the device is offered in Aqua Green and Forest Green colours. Samsung Galaxy F23 5G will go on sale in India from March 16 through Flipkart.

With introductory offers and some bank offers, buyers can get 6GB and 8GB variants at an effective price of Rs 14,999 and Rs 15,999, respectively.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G Specifications

The Galaxy F23 5G is equipped with a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, Adreno Adreno 619 GPU. The chipset also has support for 12 5G bands in India. The handset is coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.

There is a triple rear camera setup on the Galaxy F23 5G, consisting of a 50MP main camera, an 8MP 123-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. The front of the phone has an 8MP camera that can take selfies and make video calls. Additionally, the phone is equipped with a voice focus feature, which is said to capture clean voice from recordings.

The device gets juice from the 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. However, Samsung is no longer includes a charger in the box, so you will have to buy one separately. 

Additionally, the phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, a single-take feature on the camera, power cool technology, AltZ feature. On the software front, the handset ships with Android 12 OS, and the company has promised 2 years of software updates.
