Samsung Galaxy A9, the world’s first quad-camera smartphone launch is set for November 20, as per a news agency report. It will be a straight competitor to flagship smartphones from OnePlus & Oppo with a price tag of around Rs 35,000. Initially, this smartphone will be available in Lemonade Blue, Bubblegum Pink and Caviar Black color variants.
According to a report by 91mobiles, the phone will be coming into the market with a price tag approximately around the price tag of OnePlus 6T. As per the report, Samsung Galaxy A9 will be available for a price of Rs.39,000. The official debut of this smartphone was made a month ago in an event held in Kuala Lumpur. Galaxy A9 is the first phone in the world to sport four rear cameras (a 24MP AF primary sensor with f/1.7, a 10MP telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom and f/2.4, an 8MP sensor with an ultra-wide 120-degree lens, f/2.4 and a 5MP sensor for depth effect) and the front camera is 24MP with f/2.0 aperture.
With an aspect ratio of 18.5:9, Samsung Galaxy A9 has a full HD+ 6.3-inch display. With two RAM variants 6GB & 8GB, it is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. Both the variants are available with a 128GB internal storage option which can be expandable up to 512GB. The phone comes with a 3800mAh battery and runs on Android OS 8.1 Oreo.
