Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy A9 world’s first smartphone with four rear cameras in India today. This was first launched in Malaysia a month ago. The price range starts from Rs 36,990 for the base variant with 6GB RAM and the 8GB RAM variant is priced around Rs. 39,990.
Samsung Galaxy A9 will be available from November 28 on Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm Mall, Airtel Online Store, and Samsung e-store.
The most highlighted feature of the Samsung Galaxy A9 is the quad rear camera setup.
The vertical quad-camera setup on the back is the strongest selling point of the Galaxy A9. To talk about the camera specifications, the topmost camera on the back is an 8MP 120-degree ultra wide lens with f/2.4 aperture. Below it is a 10MP Telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture, which is also facilitated with 2X optical zoom. Then comes a 24 MP f/1.7 aperture main camera which has AI Scene Optimizer feature. Below that is a 5 MP f/2.2 aperture lens which enables the phone to click the portrait (depth-effect) photos with adjustable bokeh. To click beautiful selfies, the front camera is packed with a 24MP f/2.0 aperture lens.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 also got the most popular Scene Optimizer technology which is present in Galaxy Note 9 which enables the camera to swiftly identify the object and adjust the camera setting accordingly before clicking the photo.
