Samsung Galaxy A72 4G specs and renders leak out ahead of launch

We have been hearing about this Samsung Galaxy A72 4G since late September 2020 and today, press render and specs have leaked. Read on to know everything about the forthcoming Galaxy A-series smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy A72 4G specifications will reportedly include a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. The phone will house a 5,000mAh battery unit with 25W fast charging support and boot Android 10 out of the box.

At the rear, there will be a quad-camera setup which will be accompanied by a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP 2x telephoto shooter, 12MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP macro snapper. Earlier, it was reported to feature a Penta-camera setup. Later, another report said that it will not feature any zoom module.

The smartphone also comes with features like dual-SIM, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, microSD card slot. The Galaxy A72 4G will have a plastic build and will also be IP67-certified for dust and water resistance.

The pricing of the Galaxy A72 4G is mentioned €449 and €509 for the 6GB + 128GB and the 8GB + 256GB variants respectively which are around 39,504 and Rs 44,783 in India. But no information regarding the same has been disclosed by Samsung. As for colors, the phone will be available in Black, White, Blue, and Violet.
