Samsung Galaxy A70s Specs Confirmed through Google Play Console Listing

South Korean company Samsung is working on a new member to its Galaxy A series. Dubbed as Galaxy A70s, the handset’s specifications have now appeared on Google Play Console. The upcoming phone is the successor of the earlier launched Galaxy A70.

According to the listing, the smartphone will feature a Full HD display. The device will be powered by an Snapdragon 675 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM and Adreno 612 GPU. It will be supporting in-display fingerprint sensor as there is no rear-mounted fingerprint scanner found on the image. The handset will be running on Android 9 Pie OS.

Recently, the phone was spotted on Samsung India’s website with the model number SM-A707F/DSM. Going by the listing and reports, it is expected to flaunt a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display and will be fuelled by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset. The smartphone is likely to be launched in two RAM and storage variants- 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. The device will also come with an option to expand the storage of up to 512GB through microSD card.

For photography, the Galaxy A70s will feature triple-lens system camera setup at the back with LED flash. The setup is likely to include Samsung’s 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 as the primary sensor, an 8-megapixel as secondary ultra-wide sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor accompanied with LED flash. Upfront, it will come equipped 32-megapixel front-facing camera. The camera features will include live focus, bokeh effect, HDR, pro mode, panorama, slow motion, and AR emojis.

It will pack either 4,400mAh or 5000mAh battery. It will run on Android 9 Pie operating system. Connectivity options include dual SIM, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS and Type-C Port. The device will measure 164.2 x 76.7 x 7.9mm.
