The company confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy A70 will be launched in India next week and the recently launched Galaxy A80 will reach Indian markets in the month of May. Samsung’s 2019 A-series smartphones are the 5th generation of the series with the line-up, Samsung Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20e, Galaxy A20, Galaxy A30, Galaxy A40, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A70, and the Galaxy A80. The company is challenging its competitors with A-series smartphones and targeting a revenue of $4 billion (Rs. 27,700 crores approximately) from this smartphone series.
Samsung Galaxy A70 was launched globally last month while the Galaxy A80 is introduced last week.
Samsung Galaxy A80, Galaxy A70 Price in India
Ranjivjit Singh, CMO and Senior VP of Samsung India confirmed that the Galaxy A70 will be priced around Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 and will be launched in the next week, while the Galaxy A80 will be launched in May with price bracket of Rs. 45,000 – Rs. 50,000.
To talk about the features, Samsung Galaxy A70 is featured with a 6.7-inch Infinity-U Display, a triple rear camera setup. It is also packed with a huge 4,500mAh battery and supports 25W super-fast charging technology.
Samsung Galaxy A80 comes with a 6.70-inch display with a 1080×2400 pixels resolution. It is also powered with a 1.7GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor and 8GB of RAM. It also has a 3,700mAh battery and runs Android 9.0 Pie.
Samsung A80 also has a dual rear camera setup with specifications 48-MP and 8-MP. Another exciting fact about the Galaxy A80 is the sliding and rotating front camera setup.
