Samsung Galaxy A52 5G India support page goes live, launch imminent

The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has also appeared on the support page of the company’s official website in India. This further confirms the smartphone’s launch in India; however, no launch date has yet been disclosed. The phone is listed on the Samsung India website with the model number SM-A526B/DS.

The standard Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 were launched in March globally and it looks like Galaxy A52 5G will be arriving in India soon one of the affordable 5G offerings in the country.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G specifications

Samsung Galaxy A52 comes equipped with a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and 800nits brightness. Fuelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC, the device is coupled with Adreno 619 GPU, up to 8GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage. The storage is further expandable via a microSD card. 

In terms of software, the device ships with Android 11-based OneUI 3.1. Backed by a 4,500mAh battery, the phone supports 25W fast-charging support. 

In the camera department, the phone fitted with a quad-rear camera setup with a combination of a 64MP primary sensor with AF OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. Upfront, there is a 32MP camera for selfies and video chats. 

Other key highlights of the phone are Dolby Atmos, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port. It measures 75.1 X 159.9 X 8.4mm and weighs 189 grams.
