Samsung India has officially slashed the price of the Galaxy A51 smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A51 is now priced at Rs 23,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, and Rs 25,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB model.
At the time of launch, the base model of the Galaxy A51 was announced at Rs 23,999 only but due to the GST rate hike in April, the phone price was hiked to 25,250. This means the GB model is now down by Rs 1,251, whereas the 8GB RAM variant was launched for Rs 27,999 and is now priced Rs 2,000 lower.

Samsung Galaxy A51 boasts a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a punch-hole on the front that houses the selfie camera. The smartphone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device houses an Exynos 9611 processor which has an octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz alongside Mali-G72 GPU. It is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space which can be expanded further up to 512GB using a microSD card.
In terms of optics, you get a 32-megapixel (f/2.2) selfie camera on the front. On the rear, it has a quad-camera setup comprising of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/20 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens.
Software-wise, it runs One UI 2.0 based on Android 10 OS and packs a 4000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Connectivity features on the phone include VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. The handset measures 158.5 x 73.6 x 7.9mm and weighs 172 grams.
