Samsung Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s Announced with Triple Rear Cameras, 4000mAh Battery

After months of leaks and rumours, the Samsung Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s phones are finally here. For now, the company has announced the smartphones and the pricing, availability details are yet to be revealed by the company. As the name suggests, the Galaxy A30s is an upgraded version of earlier launched Galaxy A30 whereas the Galaxy A50s is an upgraded version of Galaxy A50.

Samsung Galaxy A30s Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A30s sports of a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED infinity-V display with HD+ resolution of 720×1560 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by the octa-core processor with two cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and six cores clocked at 1.6 GHz, coupled by 4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable via microSD card up to 512GB.

For photography, the Samsung Galaxy A30s boasts triple rear camera setup, comprising of a 25-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel depth camera. Upfront, the phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. It packs a 4,000mAh battery. The smartphone runs OneUI which is based on the Android 9 Pie out of the box. The phone measures 158.5 x 74.7 x 7.8mm in dimensions and weighs 166 grams.

Samsung Galaxy A50s Specifications

Samsung Galaxy A50s boasts a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity U display with a Full-HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It runs on an octa-core processor with four cores at 2.3 GHz and another four cores at 1.7 GHz. The handset packs 4GB/6GB of RAM and up to 64GB/256GB of onboard storage.

The device comes with three cameras such as 48 MP primary sensor, coupled with an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 5 MP depth sensor. For selfies, it has a 32-megapixel camera. It’s also powered by a 4000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support via USB Type-C port. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie with One UI.

Both the smartphones will be available in four colour options that include Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Green, and Prism Crush Violet2.
