Samsung Galaxy A21s 6GB RAM variant gets price cut in India

The Samsung Galaxy A21s 6GB RAM variant has received a price cut of Rs 1,000, bringing down its price to Rs 17,499 from Rs 18,499. The price cut of the phone was first tipped by Mumbai-based offline retailer Mahesh Telecom on Twitter.

Samsung Galaxy A21s was launched in India back in June this year. At the time of its launch, two storage variants were available in the country. The base variant features 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space while the high-end variant has 6GB RAM and 64GB storage space. However, the base variant has not received any price cut and it retails at the same launch price of Rs 16,499. The phone is available across retail stores, Samsung Opera House, Samsung.com, and leading online portals.

Samsung Galaxy A21s Specifications

In terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A21s sports a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-O display with a screen resolution of 720 X 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, we see that the device is powered by the octa-core octa-core Exynos 850 processor and comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The storage is further expandable up to 512GB using a microSD card.

For photography, the phone has a quad-rear camera setup that includes a 48MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 lens, a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP macro lens with an f/2.4 lens. There is a 13MP snapper with an f/2.2 aperture on the front for selfies and video chats. 

The phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging. It boots Android 10-based OneUI 2.0 skin. Other features of the phone include Dolby Atmos audio, facial recognition technology, and the phone is pre-installed with Samsung Health and Samsung Members apps.
