Samsung Galaxy A14 4G spotted on Geekbench with Helio G88 SoC, Android 13

Samsung will be launching new smartphones in its A-series lineup soon. We’ve already seen renders of the Galaxy A14 5G in previous reports. In addition, the South Korean brand is working on a 4G variant of the phone dubbed Galaxy A14 4G. Now, the device has been spotted on Geekbench, which has revealed some of its key specifications.

According to the listing, the model number of the phone is SM-A145P. The listing reveals that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Hello G80 SoC. It is paired with a Mali G52 GPU. The SoC’s maximum clock frequency is 2.0GHz.

The Galaxy A14 4G has at least 4GB of RAM. Samsung is likely to launch the phone with 64GB of internal storage. It is also possible that there will be a version with 6GB of RAM. It will run Android 13 as its operating system

In the benchmark test, the device achieved 1668 points on the single-core test and 5284 points on the multi-core test of Geekbench 4. At the moment, we do not have any further details about the smartphone, but we expect more leaks soon.
