Samsung is gearing up for the launch of a new smartphone under the Galaxy A-series. Now, a new phone Galaxy A12 has been spotted on Geekbench, suggesting some features of the device.
Samsung Galaxy A12 Allegedly Spotted on Geekbench
As per the listing, the upcoming Galaxy A12 phone will get its power from the octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor with a base frequency of 2.30GHz. The chipset will be paired with 3GB of RAM. Further, the phone will be running on Android 10 OS according to the benchmarks. For a single-core test, the handset managed to score 169 points and for a multi-core test, it had a score of 1001.
Geekbench didn’t reveal much about the Galaxy A12 specs. According to earlier leaks, the Galaxy A12 is expected to launch in two storage configurations: 32GB and 64GB. However, the phone will have only 3GB of RAM in both models. Previously, a report revealed that the smartphone will be offered in black, blue, red, and white color options. In addition, the successor to the Galaxy A11 will also be equipped with an LCD display and a triple rear camera setup.
