| By Shandilya

Samsung announced Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A80 at a media event in Bangkok. And also launched Galaxy A70 in the Indian market a week ago. The company also announced that over 2 million Galaxy A smartphones are sold over in the span of 40 days.

Samsung already introduced Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20, Galaxy A20e, Galaxy A30, Galaxy A40, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A60, Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A80 globally. Now Samsung is planning to add new line up of the affordable variants of the A-series smartphones launched previously.

The company might soon bring Samsung Galaxy A10e into the markets, most probably which could be an affordable version of Galaxy A10. Previously Samsung launched Galaxy A20e as the smaller version of Galaxy A20.

A Samsung smartphone with model number SM-A102U got certification by the  WiFi Alliance and the same smartphone is expected as the Galaxy A10e.

According to the information revealed by the certification site, this smartphone will run Android 9 Pie and support dual-band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Another interesting thing which can be noticed is that the Galaxy A10 won’t support the dual-band connection. This will also indicate that Galaxy A10e will come with a new chipset other than the chipset of Galaxy A10 Exynos 7884. It is also expected that the Galaxy A10e will have a smaller display and battery compared to the bigger version.

As you all know that, Galaxy A10 was launched with a 6.2-inch display. It is powered with an octa-core Exynos 7884 SoC which is paired with 2GB RAM. Galaxy A10 also has 32GB  internal storage which can be further expanded up to 512GB via SD card.

It also got a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Galaxy A10 is also backed with 3,400mAh battery and runs Android Pie. It came with a price tag of Rs 8,490 and we can expect that the upcoming Galaxy A10e will come with a much cheaper compared to its big brother.
