Rosso Red Pocophone F1 will be on sale in India on October 11

Poco has been teasing the Rosso Red Edition of its PO\co F1 smartphone from past few weeks but didn’t see in its last month sale is now has become official in India where it is going on sale on October 11 will be up for grabs on Mi.com and Flipkart.

The sale starts on October 11 at 12 am local time. The smartphone comes with two storage variants where a 6/64GB model is INR 21,000, same as before while the 128GB model goes for INR 23,999. Please mind that the Steel Blue, Graphite Black and the special Armored Edition (8GB/256GB) will also be available. Coming to launch offers there are discounts from the Axis Bank Buzz Credit Card (Flipkart) and Jio (Mi.com).

Coming to the specs, The Poco F1 comes with a 6.18-inch 2246 × 1080 pixels (Full HD+) display with 18.7:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass on top, along with 1500:1 contrast ratio. There is a protecting Corning Gorilla glass that secures your phone from minor scratches and damage.

Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with eight cores, coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. It will come out of the box with Android 8.1 Oreo Operating system with MIUI 9 on top which could be upgraded to Android 9.0 Pie.

The handset is available in 6GB / 8GB RAM options as well as 64GB / 128GB and 256GB storage option which can be further extended up to 256GB via microSD card that uses secondary SIM slot.

On the imaging duties, There is a 12MP rear-facing camera with dual LED flash and f/1.9 aperture size along with Sony IMX363 sensor and a secondary 5MP camera with Samsung sensor. On the front, we can find a 20MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture size.

There is a Fingerprint sensor as well as IR face, unlock also to enhance the security levels.

The lights are kept on by a decent 4000mAh battery which delivers 30 hours calling and 146 hours of music time. It also supports Quick Charge 3.0. The handset is equipped with a turbocharged engine which gives you a faster app startup experience, more sensitive swipe movements and more.
