New Realme phone visits Geekbench; key specifications revealed

Realme is reportedly working on launching a new smartphone. Now, we have spotted the new Realme device on the Geekbench database website, which has given us what to expect from the upcoming Realme phone. 

The device was spotted on Geekbench bearing the RMX2194 model number. The listing reveals the phone is paired with 4GB RAM and running on Android 10 OS. The listing mentions ‘bengal’ in the motherboard field, which is associated with the Snapdragon 460 processor. The processor will have eight cores clocked at a base speed of 1.80GHz.

As seen in the Geekbench database image, the Realme RMX2194 has managed to achieve 254 in the single-core test and 1,171 in the multi-core test. Unfortunately, no other details about this device are revealed at the moment. But since the device has appeared online, the announcement could be inching closer.

Recently, the company unveiled Realme C15 Qualcomm Edition in India with a 6.5-inch HD+ display that has 1600 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and waterdrop notch. Powered by the Snapdragon 460 SoC, it packs up to 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB with a dedicated microSD card slot. The handset is backed by a 6,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. It ships with Realme UI based Android 10 OS and also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The quad-camera setup on the rear includes a 13-megapixel primary lens is assisted by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.
