Xiaomi Global Spokesperson Donovan Sang tweeted the latest teaser of the handset. That once again recalls the phone boasts a 48-megapixel AI dual camera setup. The Xioami is the first one to announce the gigantic camera sensor smartphone but sadly phone is going to be only the third device – after Huawei Nova 4 and Honor View 20 (aka V20) – to sport a whopping 48-megapixel rear camera.

Along with a teaser post he also shared some photos of new Redmi smartphone. It seems like the new device is now following footsteps of honor and other lead brands in the gradient paint job. While we look into the image there will be three color designs in black, blue and a pinkish purple. Along with the vertically-aligned dual cameras, the handset is going to sport a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor at the back panel. The smartphone gives a premium look with its 2.5D curved glass back with a glossy finish.
Reportedly, The Redmi 7 or Redmi X is expected to feature a waterdrop notch on its 6.3-inch display. Under the hood, it could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 675 processor and backed by a 4,000mAh battery. This smartphone could also launch with Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box.
Other details of configuration and front selfie shooter still kept in secret. Hope these details of the big camera phone will be revealed once Redmi wraps off the device.
