| By Shandilya

After launching Redmi Note 8 and the Redmi Note 8 Pro, Xiaomi is all set to launch Redmi Note 8T under this series. Many rumors are already out revealing some key specifications and design of the smartphone, but the company is yet to confirm the launch date of this smartphone in the market. As the leaks are coming out, we can expect the launch of this smartphone anytime very soon.

A new leak reported by Sudhanshu Ambhore reveals almost the complete design of the smartphone. The leaked images confirm that the design of Redmi Note 8T is similar to that of Redmi Note 8T which is launched recently. Featuring a gradient design on the back, Redmi Note 8T comes featured with a quad-camera setup on the back and a dot-drop notch which has a camera inside on the front.

It is also expected that most of the specifications of the Redmi Note 8T match with Redmi Note 8. The only feature which comes in Note 8T  is the multifunctional NFC  which is not present in its earlier model.

To talk about the other leaked specifications based on the leaked report, Redmi Note 8T features a 6.3-inch dot drop display which is protected by a Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both sides of the smartphone. It also sports a  48MP AI quad-camera setup on the back and comes powered by a Snapdragon 665. It is backed by a 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The leaked images also confirm that Redmi Note 8T will come in three color variants white, blue and black respectively.

As the recently launched  Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro comes for a starting price of Rs 9,999 and Rs 14,999 respectively, we can expect the upcoming Redmi Note 8T may also come with a price tag which is closer to its siblings. For more information,  we should await official confirmation from the company.
