Xiaomi has confirmed the launch date for the Redmi Note 11S in India. This Redmi Note 11 series smartphone will be launched in India on February 9. Xiaomi revealed the date for the launch of the new Redmi smartphone on its social media handles. It will be the second smartphone in the country from Xiaomi under the Redmi Note 11 series. 

With the Note 11S 5G, Xiaomi will have two budget smartphones in its lineup. The company already launched the Note 11T 5G in the country in November last year with Dimensity 810 SoC and a 90Hz display. In addition to confirming the launch date, the teaser shared by the brand also revealed the design of the Note 11S. Here are the details, specifications, and features of the Redmi Note 11S.

The company has also revealed the smartphone’s design, showing a Blue colour variant and a flat frame. It features quad cameras on the back. A LED flash is also situated inside the camera module.

Rumor has it that the Note 11S will have a 108MP primary camera on the rear. It is likely to be the same ISOCELL HM2 sensor used on Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. Furthermore, the smartphone will be equipped with an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide sensor, a 2MP OmniVision OV2A macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor on the rear.

Even though the teaser post doesn’t reveal the display of the Redmi Note 11S, a recent design leak revealed a center-aligned punch-hole cutout. According to reports, the phone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint scanner will be mounted on the side.

Chinese company Xiaomi is set to launch this phone with a MediaTek processor. A recent Moneycontrol report suggested that this will be the Helio G96 SoC. The phone reportedly runs MIUI 12.5 skin layered over Android 11 out of the box.

In addition, the Note 11S will have a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. As per the rumors, the device will also feature up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
