Redmi K30 Ultra to feature MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC, 64MP camera: Report

Xiaomi is reportedly planning to ship its Redmi K30 Ultra smartphone with MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC processor. According to a report by XDA Developers, the device will also feature a quad-rear camera setup alongside a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor.

According to the report, the Redmi K30 Ultra was mentioned on the new MIUI 12 build. The phone appears with the codename ‘Cezanne’. Based on the report, the device will pack a quad-camera setup alongside a primary camera of a 64-megapixel. This report also indicated that the phone will have a pop-up selfie camera similar to that on the Redmi K30 Pro. It is likely to come with the Redmi K30 Pro’ design. As we mentioned earlier, the phone reportedly sports a MediaTek processor.

In a seperate post, it is revealed that the Redmi K30 Ultra will come with model number M2006J10C. To recall, the device was earlier spotted on the 3C certification site with the same model number. The listing also revealed that it will have support for 33W fast charging. The report highlights that the smartphone will be the first phone to be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. 

Furthermore, popular Chinese Weibo leakster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi is reportedly working on a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ powered device. He also claimed that the screen will have 144Hz refresh rate. On the rear, it will be fitted with a 64MP Sony IMX686 quad rear camera setup. It will come with 33W fast charging support and it will be loaded with a 4500mAh battery.
