Redmi K30 Pro price tipped ahead of launch

Redmi K30 Pro is not new to the rumor mills. Earlier reports revealed that it will be launched in China later this month. Now, ahead of its official launch in the coming days, the price of the smartphone has been tipped.

According to a report, the Redmi K30 Pro might become available at a retail price of above CNY 3,000 (approx. Rs. 31,800). The report cites the Redmi executive as the source for this pricing.  While responding to a query of the Weibo user, Redmi’s executive hinted CNY 3,000-CNY 3,500 price range for the Redmi K30 Pro. 

According to a report by MyDrivers, a Weibo user asked that if the Redmi K30 Pro can be purchased with a budget of CNY 3,000 and to this query, Redmi’s Product Director Wang Teng replied that it will be priced above CNY 3,000 (approx. Rs 31,800).

From what we know so far, the Redmi K30 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 865 SoC and 4700mAh battery. It is said to support 33W fast charging tech. In terms of optics, the phone reportedly features a round-shaped quad-camera setup on the rear comprises of a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor. It is likely to ship with LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. In terms of design, Xiaomi’s latest offering is tipped to come with a full-screen display without any notch at the top.
