Redmi K30 Could Feature Central Placed Vertical Camera Setup, Leaked Promo Images Suggest

The Redmi K30 will be officially announced this December 10, at an event in China. But with just few days left to go, promo images of the smartphone have leaked on Chinese microblogging platform, Weibo. The image surfaced online reveals the key design elements of the upcoming Redmi phone.

According to the promo images of the Redmi K30, the smartphone will feature a dual punch-hole camera on top and a centrally placed vertical cameras on the rear side. Even though the total cameras on the setup isn’t revealed due to the poor quality of the image, it looks like a quad-camera in a pill-shaped arrangement at the center.

Although the leaked image above purports to show the front and back of the upcoming Redmi phone, we can’t attest to its authenticity.
The Redmi K30 will be the first 5G smartphone from the Redmi brand featuring both standalone and non-standalone network support. General Manager of the Redmi brand, Lu Weibing has reportedly said that the Redmi K30 will come with the “world’s first high-resolution image sensor”. The variants are tipped to pack a Snapdragon 7XX series processor with integrated 5G. The phone is likely to feature a massive battery with fast charging tech and a powerful camera setup similar to the Mi Note 10.

Official pricing info should be made available when the phone is announced on December 10.
