Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched its latest flagship smartphone Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in China. Some reports suggest that Redmi K20 may be launched as Mi 9T in rest of the countries. Recently, a retail box and some images of the smartphone came out with the name Mi 9T.
Xiaomi has been teasing this smartphone on its social platforms, some leaks also surfaced on Weibo. A Dubai based YouTuber also shared a video which shows a smartphone with name Mi 9T.
The video shows a Xiaomi smartphone with full screen on the front which also confirms the presence of pop-up selfie camera. It is expected that Mi 9T may be the global variant of the Redmi K20. Before this, some photos of Xiaomi Mi 9T in carbon black colour variant appeared on Weibo. Let us get deep into the specifications of this Mi 9T
Mi 9T Specifications
This smartphone has a 6.39-inch AMOLED Full HD + display with 1080×2340 pixels resolution, 19.5: 9 aspect ration and 91.9% screen to body ratio. Mi 9T runs on Android 9 Pie OS and is powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 855 processor with up to 8GB of RAM.
Mi 9T which came out is similar to that of Redmi K20 which was launched in China last month. Some leaks which came out earlier also suggested that Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro may launch as Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro globally. Redmi K20 pro was launched in Glacier Blue, Flame Red and Carbon Fiber Black variants and has an initial price of Rs.25,000.
To talk about the Redmi K20 Pro specifications, it sports a triple camera setup on the back comprising of a 48MP primary camera, 13MP camera and an 8MP camera. It also comes with a 20MP pop-up camera on the front for selfies. It is backed by a 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging support.
