Xiaomi has launched a new Premium Edition of the popular Redmi K20 Pro smartphone in China. The Redmi K20 series had made its debut in India in July. The smartphone comes with an impressive line-up of features that include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor, triple rear camera setup on rear with 48MP primary sensor, pop-up selfie camera and in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Redmi K20 Pro smartphone was made available in two variants – 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Now the company has also announced a new premium Edition of Redmi K20 Pro with whopping up to 12GB of RAM and Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC.
Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition Price
The Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition is launched in three variants. The base variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at CNY 2,699 (approx. Rs 27,000). The 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,999 (approx. Rs 30,000). The top-end 12GB RAM and 512GB storage option costs CNY 3,199 (approx Rs 32,000). The device is already up for pre-order in China. Xiaomi is offering the handset in Glacier Blue, Flame Red, Carbon Black, Water Honey colors. There is also a new Cool Black Mech Edition of the same phone.
Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition Specifications and Features
The Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition offers a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display. It is powered by the Qualcomm’s latest and powerful Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC.
The K20 Pro smartphone features a triple camera setup with a combination of 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 shooter with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel telephoto and 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The phone has 20-megapixel pop-up camera for selfies and video calling.
The handset runs Android 9 Pie-based MIUI 10 and it comes with a 4000mAh power unit with 27W SonicCharge support. The device comes with 18W charger in the box. As we mentioned earlier, it also has a in-display fingerprint sensor.
