Xiaomi has announced a gaming laptop in China called the Redmi G 2021. The new laptop from Redmi is available in AMD and Intel models comes with a 144Hz refresh rate display, up to 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and RTX 3060 graphics.
Redmi G 2021 Price, Availability
AMD-powered Redmi G 2021 is priced at 6,999 Yuan (roughly Rs 79,800). It is now available for pre-order via Xiaomi Mall in China and will go on sale on Sept. 28.
The Intel model will cost you 5,699 Yuan (roughly Rs 64,900). It can also be pre-ordered through Xiaomi Mall and is scheduled to go on sale on September 23.
Redmi G 2021 Specifications
Redmi G 2021 features a 16.1-inch display that supports up to a 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it has been certified by TÜV Rheinland for low blue light emission. Both AMD and Intel processors are available on this laptop.
An Intel Core i5-11260H processor powers the laptop’s Intel model, when paired with a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. The AMD model has equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 5800 processors and Nvidia GeForce 3060 graphics. There is 16GB of RAM on both models, and 512GB of storage.
The Intel variant includes a 180W power supply and a proprietary heat dissipation system with dual fans. In contrast, the AMD model’s power connector is 230W. Moreover, it offers the same heat dissipation system with dual 12V fans, five all-copper heat pipes,, and four air outlets.
WiFi 6 is among the available connectivity options. In addition, you’ll also experience DTS:X Ultra 3D surround sound. Other features include USB Type-C charging, a three-level backlit keyboard, and the Xiao AI digital assistant.
