| By DWR Editor

The upcoming Realme X50 has been teased in a new render that highlights its design. Ahead of the official launch on January 7, a render surfaced on the web, and this time it’s the entire front panel revealing the design of the phone.

The render of the phone is published by the company’s CMO. As per leaked render, the device is seen to sport a quad-camera setup which is aligned similar to Realme 5 Pro. The same design we seen on the recently launched Realme phones: Realme X2 and the Realme XT. There is no rear-mounted fingerprint sensor on the phone which confirms the presence of an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The front panel render shows that the smartphone comes with the dual punch-hole camera setup. According to the report, the Realme X50 is going to launch with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G. The same SOC used on the Redmi K30 5G and the upcoming Oppo’s Reno 3 Pro 5G. Thus, it will work on both SA (standalone) and NSA (non-standalone) 5G networks. Furthermore, the handset will be able to connect to both 5G and Wi-Fi networks at a time. Alongside the handset will be also capable of connecting to 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks at the same time.

Further, the device is also confirmed to come with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 6GB/8GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. The smartphone will feature a quad-camera setup on its rear, and it will come equipped with a 60-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, 2-megapixel third sensor, and another 2-megapixel shooter. Upfront, there will be a 32-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel Samsung CD1 sensor. It will pack a 4500mAh battery and is confirmed to support VOOC 4.0 fast charging technology. The company claims that the VOOC 4.0 tech will charge 70% in just 30 minutes.
