Realme X50 5G Appears On Geekbench With 8GB RAM & Android 10 OS

The Realme X50 5G has been in the news for a while now, and the smartphone is already confirmed to launch on January 7. Now, the Realme X50 5G is spotted on the popular benchmarking app, Geekbench, which allegedly confirms some of the important specs on the upcoming Realme device.

The Realme X50 5G tested in the particular listing has 8GB of RAM and features the octa-core Snapdragon 765G SoC clocked at 1.80GHz. However, Realme is also expected to launch higher RAM capacity variants of the forthcoming 5G phone. The Geekbench listing also reveals the smartphone runs on the latest Android 10 OS out-of-the-box. The handset achieved impressive 2907 points on the single-core test and 7017 points on the multi-core test.

Yesterday, the full specifications and pricing details of the Realme X50 leaked online and it revealed 6.67-inch full HD+ screen with a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, Snapdragon 765G processor, 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, up to 256 GB of UFS 2.1 of built-in storage, quad-camera setup on the rear that includes a 64-megapixel Samsung GW1 primary lens with an ultrawide lens of 8-megapixel, a 13-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x hybrid zoom and a 2-megapixel super macro lens and a 32-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual cameras at the front dual punch-hole for selfies.

The handset reportedly packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging. The connectivity options will include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-frequency GPS, USB-C, and 3.5mm audio jack.

Talking about the leaked pricing of the Realme X50, the base variant with 6GB RAM + 128 GB storage will be priced at 2,199 Yuan (approx. Rs 22,463) while the 8GB+128GB model will cost, 2,499 Yuan (approx. Rs 25,528). The top-end model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage tipped to launch with a price tag of 2,799 Yuan (approx. Rs 28,592).
