Oppo’s Sub-brand RealMe has launched few models since the debut and the company launched Realme 2, Realme 2 Pro, Realme U1, this year. Most of its portfolio fits in the budget and mid-range category. In a recent development, it looks like the RealMe is in plans to launch yet another budget smartphone named ‘RealMe A1’. The leak reveals that the upcoming RealMe will be priced lower than the recently launched Realme U1 smartphone.

Since the Realme U1 starts at Rs.11,999 in India, we can expect the Realme A1 to be priced approx Rs.10,000. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the hardware specifications of the upcoming RealMe phone.

However, the device is expected to feature a waterdrop notch screen like the Realme U1 and the device could run on Helio P60 or Snapdragon 600-series SoC. The Realme A1 may feature a rear-mounted dual camera setup and an AI powered front camera for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone is speculated to arrive in the first quarter of 2019. Like all other smartphones announced by RealMe, upcoming Realme A1 is expected to enter the Indian market before entering other markets.
