Realme may soon launch a smartphone with a 64MP camera. On the other hand, we have been waiting for the Realme X from the company and this news enhanced the excitement further for the Realme lovers.
Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme also confirmed that the company is about to launch its first smartphone with a 64MP camera on is official Twitter handle.

However, Mr.Sheth did not reveal the name of this upcoming smartphone with a 64MP camera but he said that it will be a ‘new premium killer.’ The post also reveals that the smartphone will come with a 64MP camera with GW1 largest 1/1.72 sensor and a mega 1.6μm pixel. It also confirms that the camera will be capable to capture good photos even in the low light. You can also take a look at the sample photo in the above tweet.
In the above-shared photo, you can also see a watermark in the below of the photo saying “Shot on Realme 64MP Quad AI Camera. It also confirms that the upcoming smartphone with a 64MP camera may also sport a quad camera setup on the back.
Apart from the camera, no other information has been released around this phone. As we already know that Realme announced Realme 2 in the August last year and Realme 2 Pro was made official in September. We can also expect that the company may launch this smartphone in August or September this year. It is also believed that the upcoming smartphones may be called as Realme 4 and Realme 4 Pro.
Realme is not the first company to work on a smartphone with a 64MP camera. Recently some leaked reports also revealed that Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is also working on a smartphone with a 64MP camera. There is no other information available about this smartphone from Redmi.
