Realme GT Neo 3 spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 8100 SoC, 12GB RAM

Realme has confirmed the launch of the GT Neo 3 smartphone. It is anticipated that the new GT series smartphone will be released later this year in China and other countries. However, the company has yet to announce the launch date. It is likely that the phone will launch in March or April 2022.

In the meantime, the GT Neo 3 appeared on Geekbench revealing key specifications of the smartphone. A few other details were also confirmed by the company. 

Realme GT Neo 3 is the first smartphone to be released under the GT 3 line. According to the listing, the phone has the model number RMX3562. According to Geekbench, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. It is confirmed that Realme will use this chip in its upcoming Neo 3 smartphone. It comes with a Mali-G610 MC6 GPU.

The Geekbench listing indicates that the phone will run Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 skin. According to Geekbench, this device scored 966 and 3901 on single-core and multi-core tests respectively. The Geekbench listing shows 12GB of RAM. We can expect an 8GB RAM variant as well.

Online sources have also revealed additional details about the device. The phone will have a triple-camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP tele-macro camera. There will be a 16MP front camera on the phone.

There will be a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and support for 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. Apparently, the hole-punch cutout has been moved to the top center of the display. There are no other details about the phone at the moment.
