Realme GT 2 Pro launch date, pricing & specs REVEALED

It’s rumored that Realme is working hard on a new smartphone called the Realme GT 2 Pro. Although no official announcement has been made yet, the pricing and launch details of the Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone have been leaked. Even though nothing has been confirmed, the rumor mill has been buzzing about the purported smartphone. A couple of weeks ago, the device passed through EEC and appeared in the IMEI database. A few key specifications of the upcoming phone are revealed in the listings.

In addition to the Realme GT2 Pro, Other Realme devices Realme 9 Pro Plus, and the Realme 9i were also certified by the Eurasian EEC last month.

Realme GT 2 Pro Price, Launch Details

Chinese Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the launch details and pricing of the Realme GT 2 Pro before its official launch. According to leaked details, the GT 2 Pro is expected to launch in China early next year. According to the leaker, the phone will cost around CNY 4,000 (approx. Rs 46,500). Realme could also announce a special variant that will cost CNY 5,000 (approx. Rs 58,000). The official price will be revealed at the launch event.

Realme GT 2 Pro Specifications & Features

It is expected to feature a 6.51-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, a punch-hole cutout, a 20:9 aspect ratio, high refresh rate, 404ppi pixel density, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. According to previous reports, it will have slim bezels. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 888+ 5G chip and will likely arrive with 8GB of RAM and offer 128GB of storage.

As for cameras, the Realme GT 2 Pro is said to have a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 108MP main camera, an 8MP secondary camera, and a 5MP sensor. In addition, the phone will have a 32MP front camera.

The device is expected to run on the latest Android 12 OS. It will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. Connectivity features include a Type-C port, a headphone jack, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wi-Fi.
