The Realme C31 smartphone was launched in Indonesia yesterday. Now, Realme‘s latest C series device is on its way to India, and its launch date has been confirmed. Realme C31 is the successor to Realme C21. To recall, Realme C35 was launched earlier this month in India with a Unisoc processor, and triple rear cameras.
Through its social media handles, Realme has announced that the Realme C31 will launch in India on March 31 at 12:30 p.m. The event will be streamed live on the company’s Youtube channel.
Realme C31 Specifications
Realme C31 sports a 6.5-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a waterdrop notch at the top that houses the front camera.
Powering the device is a Unisoc T612 SoC coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded using a microSD card. Under the hood, the device houses a 5000mAh battery that supports 10W charging via a Type-C charging port.
On the back of the Realme C31 is a rectangular triple camera module. It has a 13MP main camera sensor along with two 2MP sensors for depth and macro. A 5MP front camera is included for selfies and video calls.
It runs Android 11-based Realme UI R edition out of the box. You can unlock the phone by using a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone measures 164.7 × 76.1 × 8.4mm and weighs 197 grams.
Realme C31 Expected Price in India
In Indonesia, the 3GB + 32GB model of the Realme C31 smartphone is priced at IDR 1,599,000 (approx Rs 8,500) while the 4GB + 64GB variant costs IDR 1,649,000 (approx Rs 8,700). Realme C31 is expected to cost less than Rs 10,000 in India.
