Realme will announce its newest entry-level smartphone, the Realme C25Y on September 16 in India. The device will be a scaled-down version of the Realme C25.
At the moment, there is no word on the price of the Realme C25Y in India. Nevertheless, some of the specifications of the Realme C25Y have been confirmed by the brand. According to the brand, the phone will have a Unisoc T610 processor, a 50MP AI-enabled camera, and a massive battery.
Based on the price of the Realme C25, the smartphone is likely to be priced below Rs 10,000. Realme’s teaser image suggests its C25Y smartphone will have a triple camera setup. Furthermore, it will include a fingerprint sensor and a patterned back panel. The front camera will be housed in a teardrop notch.
Realme C25 Specifications
In terms of display, the Realme C25 comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ display and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It features the MediaTek Helio G70 processor under the hood along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage inside. It also has a microSD card slot for additional storage.
Realme C25 runs Android 11 and Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. The phone also comes with a large 6,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging. The back panel of the phone has a fingerprint reader.
A square-shaped quad-camera setup combines a 48-megapixel primary sensor with a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Additionally, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera is on the front.
