The Realme brand has announced it is launching a fitness tracker and smart TV in India next week. On September 24, Realme will launch the Realme Band 2 and Smart TV Neo 32-inch in India. Both will be available on Flipkart, as well as at realme.com and in offline stores.

Realme laucched its new band 2 in Malaysia last week. Among the new features of the band are a bigger display, a better battery, and interchangeable straps as compared to the original Realme Band. 

Realme Band 2 is priced at RM 169 (approx. Rs 3,000) in Malaysia. It is expected to be priced similarly in India.

Realme Band 2 Specifications

Realme Band 2 features a 1.4-inch colour display with 167 x 320 pixels resolution and 500 nits of brightness. There are over 50 watch faces available on the fitness band, as well as removable straps in black, blue, and green colors.

Additionally, it has a built-in PPG optical heart rate sensor to monitor heart rate every five minutes. Additionally, it has sleep tracking technology, as well as a feature called Idle Alert that reminds users to move or take a walk. There is also a SpO2 blood oxygen monitor.

There are 90 sports modes on the Realme Band 2, including walking, running, cycling, swimming, etc. Additionally, it’s 50ATM water-resistant.

It is able to receive notifications from almost all apps and displays some of its icons, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Messenger, SMS, and more. The band is powered by a 204mAh battery, which can last for up to 12 days, according to the brand.

In addition to the fitness band, the brand is also launching a 32-inch SmartTV in India called Realme Smart TV Neo 32-inch that features a premium bezel-less LED display and 20W dual speakers with Dolby Audio for audio. Moreover, the TV will have TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification.
