Ahead of the official launch on 27th September, the RealMe 2 has been leaked and even the CEO of RealMe Madhav Seth has revealed some information about the phone. And again, now the same phone has appeared on the Geekbench with 8 GB of RAM and Snapdragon 660 Soc.
As per the listing of the Geekbench, the Realme 2 Pro with the model number OPPO RMX1807 will be powered by the SnapDragon 660 SoC as earlier revealed by the RealMe’s CEO Madhav Seth. However, there are some possibilities that the device will have a variant with 6GB RAM also, the model tested on Geekbench is the 8GB RAM variant running on Android Oreo.
The results from the CPU benchmark are in accordance with other Oppo phones that run the same chipset – Oppo R15, Oppo R11, Oppo R11s. The single- core score of the RealMe 2 Pro that is listed on Geekbench is 1452, whereas the multi-core number is 5511, which is entirely typical for a Snapdragon 660.
According to the information revealed by the CEO and some reviewers, the RealMe 2 will have a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display (2340 x 1080 pixels) with waterdrop notch and the phone would come in various storage configurations including 8 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM. Realme 2 Pro will have a taller display with a screen-to-body ratio of around 91 percent. The smartphone will feature a dual rear camera setup, with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Face Unlock option, just like the previously launched RealMe 1 and realMe 2.
As we mentioned earlier, the RealMe 2 Pro is listed on Geekbench running on Android Oreo and we expect Color OS 5.1 on top. The RealMe’s CEO also mentioned that the device will get the Android Pie update.
