Razer announced its latest smartphone Razer Phone 2, a second gaming smartphone which is the successor of the last year’s Razer phone. It supports HDR and DCI-P3 wide colour gamut for better visuals in both games and videos. t also has that fast 120Hz refresh rate, which is yet to be seen on any other smartphone.
The device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 with Vapor Chamber Cooling that allows heat to spread throughout the phone via a custom vapor chamber which vastly increases the surface area for heat to dissipate, resulting in fewer hot spots and up to 8GB of RAM and 64GB of UFS storageThere’s a microSD slot to expand the storage.
On the camera, It sports dual 12-megapixel rear camera system with one wide-angle camera and another telephoto camera capable of 2x optical zoom. At the front, Razer Phone 2 is equipped with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter that records 1080p videos at 30 frames per second.
The Razer Phone 2 brings back the powerful front-facing stereo speakers. They are Dolby Atmos-certified and each is fed by a dedicated amplifier and is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

The Razer Phone 2 has been priced at $799.99 (roughly Rs. 59,500) in the US.The Pre-orders starts today at 12.01 am.The phone comes in two storage variants namely 64GB storage model that has a “classy mirror back” and a 128GB storage variant with “rugged satin finish”.The 128 GB variant is yet to be revealed.
