A couple of months ago, Poco launched the M4 Pro globally. However, it was only available in select European countries. Now, it appears that Xiaomi‘s spin-off brand is also preparing to launch the Poco M4 Pro 5G in India. Poco’s Twitter handles recently shared a 5-second teaser video on Twitter teasing the Poco M4 series phone launch.
91mobiles has also shared an image of the Poco M4 Pro 5G, which has been revealed in Poco’s internal training and indicates an upcoming launch in India. On Twitter, Poco India hinted that the phone would be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity SoC, no lag, and no drama.
The company hasn’t announced the exact launch date, but the device is expected to launch soon in India. We can see the phone in blue in the teaser image, but it is likely to come in a variety of colours.

Poco M4 Pro 5G Specifications
Poco M4 Pro 5G sports a 6.6-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 colour for a wider colour gamut, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
As for the processor, it is a 2.4GHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, which is paired with Mali G57 GPU, 6GB of RAM, virtual RAM of up to 8GB, and 64GB/128GB of USF 2.2 internal storage. Additionally, it supports microSD cards up to 1TB. Poco M4 Pro runs on a 5,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging. It takes 59 minutes to fully charge.
In terms of cameras, the Poco M4 Pro 5G has a dual-rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV. There is a 16MP selfie camera on the front of the phone.
Poco M4 Pro is also water and dust resistant with its IP53 rating. The phone comes pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 skin based on Android 11. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an X-axis linear motor, an IR blaster, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and dual speakers.
