The Poco M3 Pro 5G will be the brand’s first 5G phone to launch in India, the company announced today. It will be launched on June 8 in the country.
Flipkart will be the exclusive retailer for the Poco M3 Pro 5G. Recently, the device was unveiled globally and it is the rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G that was announced in its home country China last month.
Talking about the pricing, the base variant of the Poco M3 Pro 5G with 4GB RAM/64GB storage has a price tag of EUR 179 (roughly Rs 16,000). Poco M3 Pro is also available in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant for EUR 199 (Rs 17,750 approx.). There are three colour options available: Power Black, Cool Blue, and POCO Yellow.

POCO M3 Pro 5G specifications
Poco M3 Pro 5G flaunts a 6.5-inch full-HD+ LCD panel that offers screen resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate panel, 500 nits peak brightness, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It has 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC under the hood that is coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM and with up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
For photography, there is a triple camera setup on the rear that comprises a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture, LED Flash, 2-megapixel depth, and 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. Upfront, there is an 8-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
In terms of software, the device ships with Android 11 with MIUI 12.0.5 running on top. Backed by a 5,000mAh battery, it supports 18W fast charging. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
The connectivity part is managed by 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, IR blaster, NFC, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The handset is 8.92mm thin and weighs 190 grams.
