After few teasers, Xiaomi‘s spin off Poco has announced a new smartphone in India. The new Poco M2 is a toned-down version of Poco M2 Pro that was launched in India recently. Check out Poco M2 features, specifications, price and sale details.

Poco M2 Price, Availability

The Poco M2 comes in two variants: 6GB RAM + 64GB storage – Rs 10,999 and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage – Rs 12,499. The first sale of the Poco M2 is on September 15 exclusively through Flipkart. The color options of the Poco M2 include pitch black, slate blue, brick red.

Poco M2 Specifications

The smartphone features a 6.53-inch large IPS LCD display. It carries support for Full HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The phone comes with P2i coating and corning gorilla glass 3 protection on both the sides.

The MediaTek Helio G80 processor octa-core processor fuels the smartphone. It comes with 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage options. The handset is equipped with a dedicated slot for microSD card.

The Android 10 OS on the Poco M2 is customized with MIUI 12 skin. The handset is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging. The company also added Hyper Engine Gaming technology on the phone.

For photography, the Poco M2 features an LED enabled 13-megapixel rear camera. It is assisted by an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor below the camera setup. The connectivity features available on the Poco M2 are dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB and 3.5mm headphone jack.
