Poco is preparing to launch the F4 series. A company official confirmed that the F4 series will soon be launched in India and in other markets as well.

Poco announced that the vanilla F4 5G will launch in India and other markets with a Snapdragon 870 processor. However, the launch date has not been revealed. Ahead of the launch, the F4 5G was found listed on the benchmarking site Geekbench.

The listing indicates that the model number is 22021211RI. According to the listing, the F4 5G India model has the Snapdragon 870 SoC.

The chipset has a peak clock speed of 3.19GHz and comes with an Adreno 650 GPU. Additionally, the listing confirms that the India variant will have 12GB of RAM. The internal storage is likely to be 256GB. Poco is expected to launch an 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the phone.

It will run Android 12 out of the box, with MIUI 13 layered over it. The handset achieved 978 points on the single-core test and 3254 multi-core test.

According to rumors, the F4 5G will launch in India as a rebranded Redmi K40S that was launched in China. If that’s the case, we can expect a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support, and a triple rear camera setup.

It is expected that the F4 5G global variant will have a 64MP main camera with OIS support. It will be equipped with an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The front camera on the device will be 20MP.

Poco F4 5G is expected to come with a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. We hope to learn more details soon.
