Poco F3, Poco X3 Pro announced: Here’s everything you need to know

Xiaomi has officially launched the Poco F3, Poco X3 Pro globally. Let’s take a look at their entire specs and features of both these two new Poco smartphones along with pricing and availability.

Poco X3 Pro Pricing, Availability

As an early bird offer, both the variants will go on sale from select retailers including the official Poco website, eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Allegro, Shopee, and other online sites between March 24 and April 1 with a €50 (approx Rs 4300) discount on the price tag.

Poco F3 Pricing, Availability

Early bird prices are EUR 299 (approx. Rs. 25,700) and EUR 349 (approx. Rs. 30,100) for both these models respectively. This price will be live from March 27 to April 6 on the Poco site, AliExpress, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and other online sites.

Poco X3 Pro Specifications

As for the specs, the Poco X3 Pro sports a 6.67-inch (1080 × 2400 pixels) LCD display that will support Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The phone has a punch-hole cutout that houses a 20MP (f/2.2) selfie camera.

At the rear, the Poco X3 Pro flaunts a quad camera setup. The setup consists of a 48MP main shooter with a 1/2” sensor, an f/1.8 lens paired with an 8MP ultra-wide snapper with 119-degree FoV, and two 2MP sensors for macro and depth.

It comes with Snapdragon 860 SoC based on a 7nm fabrication process paired with Adreno 640 GPU up to 8GB and up to 256GB storage. The phone gets its juice from a 5160mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.  

Software-wise, the phone is preloaded with Android 11 based MIUI 12 skin. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, NavIC, Galileo, Beidou. The device also has an IR Blaster. 

Poco F3 Specifications 

The Poco F3 offers a 6.67-inch FHD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 1300nits peak brightness, Gorilla Glass 5 protection, True Tone, 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and also has support for HDR10+ MEMC technology.

It is powered by a  Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with Adreno 650 GPU, mated to up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It comes with a 48MP primary camera (f/1.79), an 8MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.2), and a 5MP tele macro camera ( f/2.4) on the rear. For selfies, there is a 20MP (f/2.45) sensor on the front.

The handset is fuelled by a 4520mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. In terms of software, the handset ships with Android 11 based on MIUI 12. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, NavIC, Galileo, Beidou. The device also has an IR Blaster.
