Poco F2 Pro announced with pop-up selfie camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC

Poco F2 Pro has been launched as a new flagship offering by the company priced at EUR 499 (approx. Rs 40,800). Poco F2 Pro is nothing but a rebranded version of the Redmi K30 Pro, which was launched in China recently.

In terms of pricing, the Poco F2 Pro is priced at EUR 499 (approx. Rs 40,800) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant while the 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage model is priced at EUR 599 (approx. Rs 48,900). The smartphone is available for buyers on Aliexpress and Gearbest. There are four color options to choose from namely, Neon Blue, Phantom White, Electric Purple, and Cyber Gray.

Poco F2 Pro Specifications

The Poco F2 Pro runs MIUI 11 based on Android 10 OS. It features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, HDR10+, 100 percent DCI-P3 Color Gamut and 800nits brightness. The display packs an in-display fingerprint sensor

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G SoC with  Adreno 650 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM.

For photos and videos, the Poco F2 Pro has four cameras on the back including a 64-megapixel primary lens with f/1.7 aperture, a 5-megapixel telephoto lens with 3cm to 7cm macro and portrait shots, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 123-degree FoV and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, you get a 20-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 lens. The front camera has a pop-up design giving a full-screen display, with no notch or hole-punch.

The device comes with up to 256GB of internal storage that is not expandable via. Connectivity options include G SA/NSA Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 6 802.11 ax (2.4GHz + 5GHz) MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, USB Type-C and dual-SIM. The phone measures 163.3 x 75.4 x 8.9 mm and weighs 218 grams. The Poco F2 Pro is backed by a 4,700mAh battery that supports 33W charging.
