Oppo has officially unveiled its newest smartphone- Oppo Reno and Oppo Reno 10X Zoom in China. Heating up the race to bring innovative smartphones, both the handsets come equipped with amazing triple rear camera setup and a pop-up selfie camera.
OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Specifications and Features
The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom has a 6.65-inch AMOLED display that supports full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and has a screen-to-body ratio of 91.3 percent. The display is protected by the Gorilla Glass 6 layer on the top. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC along with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for further expansion of storage. The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is embedded with 4,065mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging. The smartphone features a copper tub liquid cooling heat sink for heat dissipation.
For photography, the OPPO Reno 10X Zoom features a triple rear camera setup that comprises of OIS enabled 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 f/1.7 aperture primary sensor, an f/2.2 aperture 8-megapixel secondary sensor and a periscope telescopic lens of 13-megapixel equipped with OIS. The camera setup is paired with dual-LED flash and laser autofocus. For selfies and video calls, the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom uniquely designed “shark fin” shaped pop-up module on the top edge of the phone.
The device boots ColorOS 6 skin based on the Android 9 Pie operating system out-of-the-box. For gamers, the OPPO Reno 10X Zoom features Game Boost 2.0 acceleration engine. It also preloaded with Dolby Atmos for audiophiles.

The Oppo Reno 10X Zoom comes with a price tag of 6 GB RAM + 128GB storage of 3,999 Yuan (approx. 30840) and 6 GB RAM + 256 GB storage 4,499 Yuan (approx. Rs.33,952). While the 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage – 4,799 Yuan (approx. Rs.37,064). The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom launched in Fog Sea Green and Extreme Night Black hues.

The OPPO Reno standard edition comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that supports full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The device has an in-display fingerprint reader. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 6 which is quite sturdy and scratch resistant. The device measures 156.6 x 74.3 x 9mm and it weighs 185 grams.
Under the hood, the Oppo Reno standard edition is kitted by Snapdragon 710 coupled with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB. There is a microSD card slot for expansion of storage.
The rear camera setup consists of a 48MP sensor; combined with a 5MP sensor. On the front, there is a 16MP pop-up selfie camera. The OPPO Reno standard edition is powered by a 3765 mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging. It runs on Oppo’s ColorOS on top of latest Android 9 Pie. Other features of the device include Breeno assistant, Game Boos 2.0, NFC support and Dolby Atmos support.

Coming to the Oppo Reno standard edition pricing, the 6 GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at 2,999 Yuan (Approx. Rs.34840) and 6 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant is priced at 3,299 Yuan (Approx. Rs. 33952). At last, the top-end variant with 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage comes with a price tag of 3,599 Yuan (approx. Rs. 37.064). OPPO Reno standard edition comes in Fog Sea Green, Extreme Night Black, Nebula Purple, and Pink Mist color variants.
Oppo announced a global launch event on April 24 in Zurich, Switzerland to unveil Reno series. The company is expected to launch the 5G edition of the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom at the upcoming international event.
