Oppo Reno 6Z launched with MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC

The Oppo Reno 6Z smartphone has been launched in Thailand. It features a MediaTek Dimensity processor, triple rear cameras, and a 4310mAh battery. Check out the specs, price, and availability of this latest Oppo Reno series smartphone.

A new Oppo Reno 6Z will set you back at 12,990 Thai Baht, which is approximately Rs 29,440 for the single model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There are two colors to choose from, Stellar Black and Aurora.

It is available for pre-order in Thailand. The availability of the product in Indian and other markets has yet to be confirmed.

Oppo Reno 6Z Specifications

The device has a 6.43-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400*1080 pixels. Moreover, the display has a 60Hz refresh rate, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.8%, a pixel density of 409ppi, and a peak brightness of 800nits.

This smartphone is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC and the ARM G57 MC3 GPU. It has 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The storage can be expanded via a microSD card.

A triple camera setup on the back of the phone includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The device features a 32-megapixel shooter with an aperture of f/2.4 for selfies and video calls.

It runs ColorOS 11.1 which is based on Android 11. Additionally, there is a 4310mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. This device also comes with a fingerprint scanner built right into the screen. Furthermore, it has a face recognition feature.

As far as connectivity is concerned, it supports 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The handset measures 160.2×73.38×7.97mm (7.97mm for Aurora, 7.92 for Stellar Black) and weighs 173 grams.
