Several reports in the past couple of weeks have indicated that the Oppo is planning to launch Reno 3 ans Reno 3 5G smartphones in the coming months. Ahead of the official launch, we have already seen a number of leaked images and benchmarking scores of these devices. Now, the purported Oppo Reno 3 with the model number PCPM00 has been spotted on the Chinese certification agency TENAA’s website, revealing the highlighting specs and images of the phone.
The TENAA listing, mentions a Oppo phone with model number PCPM00, which apparently refers to the Reno 3 China variant. The listing mentions the Oppo Reno 3 with a 2.1GHz octa-core chipset, it could be Helio P70 SoC. The certification site also mentions 8GB RAM and 128GB storage alongside the microSD card slot.
As far as the display is concerned, the phone is listed with 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio.
Furthermore, the TENAA listing also mentions the battery capacity at 3935mAh, which once again seems to suggest that the phone will come with a 4,000mAh battery. It will ship with a near stock Android 9 Pie as per the listing.
As for the cameras, the Oppo Reno 3 has been listed with an 48-megapixel, 8-megapixel, 2-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors with LED flash. Up front, the phone will have a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The device has 160.2 x 73.3 x 7.9mm dimensions and it weighs 172 grams.
