Oppo is prepping up to unveil its latest mid-range Android phone. The phone alongside two devices had surfaced in TENNA listings with model number- OPPO PBCT10, OPPO PBCM30, and OPPO PBCM10. Now the OPPO PBCM10 has been popped on Geekbench for the first time which is speculated to get marketed as the Oppo R15X.
According to the listing, he handset is detected to be loaded with a Snapdragon 660 SoC with 6GB of RAM but we could very well see a 4GB variant too. And the handset looks quite similar to the new OPPO K1. Recent TENAA listing had also tipped a 4GB RAM variant, and it noted 1.95GHz octa-core chipset without revealing SoC details.
The Geekbench CPU test scores single core at 1439 points, while multi-core clocked 5516.there, is no much information in the listing except its model OPPO PBCM10 (anticipated Oppo R15X) will offer Android 8.1 Oreo OS out-of-the-box.
In a previous tenna listing leaked images showcased the design of alleged Oppo R15X in full glory. The alleged Oppo handset was seen sporting a similar gradient colour design like the F9/F9 Pro. The colour options listed on TENAA included Blue, Red, and Silver.
Further, the specifications were listed in TENNA listing, the OPPO PBCM10 suggested same display as the Oppo F9 Pro. From all of these renders, The Oppo R15X to carry a 6.4-inch display with a water drop-styled notch, 4GB and 6GB of RAM, and expandable up to 128GB of storage.
For photographs, the smartphone is expected to come with a dual rear camera setup in a combination of 16MP+2MP main camera and a 25MP selfie camera. The battery is rumoured to have 3,500mAh capacity.
