Oppo announced its Reno 8 series, Oppo Pad Air affordable tablet, and Enco X2 TWS earbuds in India. The new Reno 8 lineup includes Oppo Reno 8 and the Reno 8 Pro. Both smartphones use MediaTek Dimensity chipsets. The Oppo Enco X2 TWS earbuds has Active Noise Cancellation.

Oppo Reno 8, Oppo Reno 8 Pro Price in India, Availability

Oppo Reno 8 comes in a single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and it is priced at Rs 29,999. It will be available in two color options: black and gold. It will go on sale from July 25 through Flipkart, OPPO.com, and retail stores. 

Oppo Reno 8 Pro is also available in a single 12GB + 256GB variant priced at Rs 45,999 and it is offered in Glazed Black and Glazed Green colours. Oppo Reno 8 Pro will go on sale from July 19 through Flipkart, OPPO.com, and retail stores. 

Buyers of both the devices will be able to avail of a 10% cashback (up to Rs 3,000) on ICICI Bank, SBI Cards, Kotak Bank, Bank of Baroda credit cards, and debit card transactions. Additionally, there is Rs 1,200 on non-EMI transactions through ICICI Bank, SBI Cards, and Kotak Bank.

Oppo Enco X2 TWS comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999 in India and is available in Black and White color options. It will go on sale via Flipkart from July 25.

Lastly, the OPPO Pad Air price in India starts at Rs 16,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, while the 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 19,999. You can purchase the device starting July 25 via Flipkart, OPPO.com, and retail stores.

Oppo Reno 8 Specifications

Oppo Reno 8 boasts a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen that offers a 2400×1080 pixels resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz screen refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Oppo Reno 8 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 octa-core chipset coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. 

In terms of optics, there is a triple rear camera setup. It has a 50MP f/1.8 primary lens, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor. There is a 32-megapixel f/2.4 lens on the device for taking selfies and making video calls.

On the software side, the phone runs Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 skin. Powered by a 4500mAh battery, it supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. 

In terms of connectivity, the device offers dual-SIM 5G, 4G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C port.

Oppo Reno 8 Pro Specifications

The Oppo Reno 8 Pro includes a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2412 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate support, 360Hz touch sampling rate, an in-screen fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The smartphone is powered by a Dimensity 8100-Max chipset and has up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. Oppo also uses its MariSilicon X chip in the device for better image processing. 

The phone also features a triple rear camera setup that consists 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Additionally, the device features a 32-megapixel IMX709 front-facing camera.

There is also a 4500mAh battery on board, which is backed up by 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. It runs ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 OS. Oppo Pad Air uses a 10.36-inch LCD panel, with a 2,000×1,200 pixels resolution, 225 ppi, and 60Hz refresh rate. Powering it is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC. It has up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage that can be expanded up to 512GB with a microSD card.

In addition, you will find a Dolby Atmos tuned quad-speaker setup as well as OPPO stylus support that has 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and an adjustable tip to make feel more natural while using it.

In terms of optics, it comes with an 8-megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, 80 degrees field of view, and support for Continous Auto Focus. There is a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and 77 degrees field of view.

Software-wise, it ships with Android 12-based ColorOS out of the box. The handset gets juice from a 7100mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 5, and a USB Type-C slot.

Oppo Enco X2 TWS Specifications

The Oppo Enco X2 TWS earbuds offer a dual driver setup with an 11mm dynamic driver paired with a 6 mm planar diaphragm driver. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 with LHDC 4.0 transmission protocol and supports a code rate of up to 900kbps. Additionally, it supports the usual AAC and SBC audio codec.

The device offers multiple levels of noise cancellation including Smart Noise Cancellation, Max Noise Cancellation, Moderate Noise Cancellation, Mild Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and  Vocal Enhancement. The Enco X2 has a Three microphone setup with Bone Voiceprint AI to reduce noise during calls.

In terms of battery life, the device can provide 9.5 hours of music playback on a single charge with noise cancellation off. The charging case can provide 40 hours of playback. 

The Enco X2 delivers up to 5.5 hours of playback on a single charge with Max Noise Cancellation and 50% volume and 20 hours with the charging case. The case is equipped with a USB-C port for charging and also supports Qi Wireless Charging. They are also IPX5 water-resistant.
